An appointment that I've been avoiding for a long time is coming up this Friday: two (maybe three) wisdom teeth extraction. I'm not happy about it! As a child, I had a dental phobia. Once I knew my parents were going to take me to the dentist, I would scream, cry, and even attempt to escape. I wouldn't even go near the dentistry building! I don't think I have the phobia anymore, however I still have dental fear. I would go every six months check-up & cleaning, but I cannot stand the feeling of them touching my teeth with their metal tools. Once the dentist told me about removing three wisdom teeth, I started to panic; she was telling me not to worry and to take deep breaths. I know I will have the local anesthetic but I prefer to sleep! She said that is only for those people who have more complicated wisdom teeth, such as impacted wisdom teeth. Oh, right, I forgot to mention that one of my wisdom teeth is categorized as a "difficult case" that my dentist will need to call and have a specialist to do it. Apparently, she said one wisdom tooth's root is curve. This little shit will need to be removed later - perhaps during the summer? Back to the whole point, I'm going to panic in two days. NO DOUBT.
you will do fine! :) since you will have specialist to do it then perfect! it will only take less than 10 minutes to take wisdom teeth out and your mouth will heal quickly :)
